MGW will install the shifter for you, free of charge, if you are willing to drive to their Augusta, GA shop. I am only about 3 hours away and wanted them to do the install for me. However, their installer had some other things on his calendar and I had to wait another week for the install.

I'm torn between waiting for a FMC replacement or getting the MGW and having the tech install it for free. That's been discussed and agreed upon by the dealership. I don't think I'd prefer a shifter that is stiff and notchy. I had three Gt500's with the last being a 2013.
